Football: Texas 47, at Baylor 14

This game was over … way, way, way before it began.

Two hours before kick off, the place was like a ghost town. Then people began, slowly, dribbling in. And they were wearing orange. This is not a large stadium and when everyone who was coming had arrived, it was not full. It was overwhelmingly orange.

It may have said “Home of the Baylor Bears” but it sure didn’t look like it.

Sadly for the Baylor seniors, and this was their final home game, they could only produce two touchdowns, both in the fourth quarter against not-the-first-string. But at least they got some points on the board.

Next stop for Texas is their final home game, 7:00pm on November 21, against Kansas.
